Monday 27th July to Friday 31st July

This is an opportunity to learn traditional jewellery techniques with step-by step instruction, from choosing the correct materials to adding the surface decoration and finishing. After completing set projects you are encouraged to explore your own ideas with the help of inspirational resources. Suitable for complete beginners and a great opportunity for students to practise and extend any previously learned skills, at their own pace.
All the tools are provided for the course; however there is a cover charge of £6 to pay for consumable items. Materials can be purchased from the tutor, the cost of which will depend on the size and quantity of the pieces made. Most students spend £50+ although the cost of silver is subject to market fluctuations. Tools will also be on sale for those wishing to continue at home.
