Saturday 11th September to Sunday 12th September
Within this two day Introduction to Precious
Metal Clay course you will learn how to work
with all types of Precious Metal Clay - lump,
syringe, paste and paper. You will learn
how to handle, manipulate, texture, form,
join, file, fire and finish the clay. We will be
making a variety of projects that will include
a stone set pendant, a pair of earrings or
charms, a simple textured ring band, a silver
bead, a silver leaf and more along the way.
By the end of the course you will have the
confidence and knowledge to explore your
own projects and understand the processes
used in making precious clay jewellery.
All tools, inspiration and materials will be provided
throughout the course. The cost of PMC fluctuates
but expect to spend approx. £100 dependent on
what you make.
