The course is suitable for complete beginners and starts with an explanation of the tools used for Willow Weaving and how to use them safely.

Richard will start with a demonstration of the folding, plaiting and weaving techniques you will need to make the your items using all-soaked bark on willow. He will specifically show how to make the bird feeder, and the dragonfly.

You will then decide which items you would like to make, and depending on what you choose, you should be able to complete 2- 5 items from the list of:

• Dragonfly
• Fish
• Snail
• Sunflower
• Random weave Heart
• Random weave mini Heart
• Random weave Ball
