This workshop will begin by exploring the very popular screenprinting process to create bold, vibrant and unique prints. The second part of the workshop will involve us developing and working into these screenprints, experimenting with collage and mixed media.

Throughout this workshop you will be learning how to layer your prints. We will be focussing on the registration, placement and positioning of these various layers to achieve a balanced and effective composition. We will use collage to further enhance our imaginative multi-layered artworks.

The material cost for this workshop will be £10. If you find that you enjoy the screenprinting process and would like to continue with this after the course then there will be a screenprinting starter kit available for you to purchase.
